Cancellation/No Show Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
Service RE-DO & Retail Return Policy
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with any servcies we completed for you. Please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. No Refunds will be given as we will work with you to correct whatever you're not loving. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with we will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase.
If you are unvaccinated, you are required to wear a mask inside the Salon. This is non-negotiable. Beauty & Whiskey takes the ongoing Pandemic very seriously and requires that it's staff and patrons do as well. If for any reason you do not want to wear a mask and are unvaccinated, you will be asked to leave and charged a cancellation fee.
